Regrets of a Singing Clown

It was one of the more embarrassing moments of his career: Singer Robbie Williams has finally admitted he made a fool of himself when he screamed “I’m rich beyond my wildest dreams” before the world’s press in 2002.

Having just signed a four album deal with EMI, the cocky former boy-band member hysterically shouted out the words that are now haunting him.

"It was an absolutely stupid thing to say out loud. I've been thinking about that the last couple of days. It's the most embarrassing thing I've ever done,” the singer is quoted as saying by WENN.

Robbie Williams has hit headlines recently when he was admitted to rehab and then accused of being a drama queen by a former manager.
