PartyGaming PLC results for the first half of 2008 show an overall 17% increase in net revenues up to $254.8 million. Between the four main segments of its operations, the casino net revenue showed the strongest increase, almost $90 million, an increase of 38% from the same period in 2007. Bingo net revenue was boosted by the launch of Bingo Night on ITV1, which contributed $2 million. Poker net revenues rose just 6% to $153.9 million, despite many changes implemented to the loyalty program. Sportsbetting revenue rose 36% up to $9 million, with the introduction of live betting being a major factor. Overall, Poker remains the largest operation for PartyGaming providing 60% of total revenues, casino brings in 35%, and the online bingo and sportsbetting operations generate a combined 4%.
