The popular Sun Bingo game ditched Tombola as their software provider earlier this week, and has moved over to the Gamesys software platform which currently powers the very popular Jackpotjoy Bingo website. Sun Bingo says the reason behind the move is the ability to be able to offer a much wider range of games to its online bingo players on the new platform. Side games will now be available, and a larger choice of bingo games will be on tap, giving players more versatility and options to choose from. Sun Bingo has always focused on its special community appeal to bingo players, with the chat rooms buzzing non stop and very cheap bingo games running virtually all day. For this reason, some industry experts are querying the decision to change platforms, wondering if Sun Bingo will be able to maintain its close community atmosphere and keep attracting the players in the same volume as is did with Tombola. Existing players can still play on the original site, however some bingo games will not be available, and players will need to go to the Tombola website to continue playing.
