Neteller plc, popular Isle of Man based electronic payment processor used by many online bingo and casino players, issued a Q3 trading update last week showing a strong trend in continued growth.
The Q3 figures up to the end of September show that revenue is up 27% from the same period last year, at $13 million. European revenue for the company increased by 20% up to £12.1 million, and its Asia Pacific revenue increased by 61% to $4.9 million.
Neteller's active customers increased by just 3% from Q3 2007, with a total of 97,447 in the current quarter. Average daily new customer signups increased by 3% this quarter, and average daily receipts showed a growth of 31% from Q3 2007.
The financial effects of the recent launch of Neteller's new Net+ prepaid credit cards, available in both physical and virtual formats for increased customer choice, and the yet to be approved decision to rebrand the group as Neovia Financial are too recent to be reflected in the current trading update.
As a trusted blue-chip company, Neteller has focused on providing its online payment solutions in Europe and Asia, with many bingo online players using the Neteller method as their payment of choice when it comes to playing bingo online.
