Neteller, popular online bingo and casino payment processor, has confirmed that it will be changing its corporate identity in the near future, rebranding to NEOVIA Financial plc.
Earlier this month, along with the release of the company's Q3 trading figures, Neteller announced its plans for rebranding were already in progress and awaiting shareholder approval.
This week an Extraordinary General Meeting was held where the shareholders approved the new company identity. The Isle of Man company name change will become effective soon, once the Companies Registry Certificate has been issued.
Neteller Group president said, "We are delighted that shareholders have demonstrated their support of our strategic vision through this change of name of the company."
Neteller's recent new offerings of virtual and physical Net+ pre-paid credit cards give bingo online players even more choice when it comes to choosing payment options for their bingo online activities.
